Need advice on removing right side fuel tank on Eagle model 05.Does tank have to come thru the baggage area. What is the capacity of this tank. Are the right and left tank the same. Can the suction line be hooked to the left tank and crossover tube blocked off as a fix for a leaking right tank. |

1. Yes, the fuel tank has to be removed through the rear baggage area. On the back bulkhead (wall) are two access panels (one on each side) with about 3 dozen screws each. After removing the screws and panel on the right side you can see the tank. 2. The capacity is approx. 65 U.S. gals.(total for both is 130). 3. The tanks are NOT the same there is a right and left tank. 4. There are pickup lines in both tanks. Just plug the pickup & return lines of the right tank. 5. Yes, you can block of the crossover tube. It's basic purpose is weight distribution. Hope this helps. Connel |

Hi Connel,If you are still out there I have a couple questions .Do the two heat and Air ducks above the fuel tank have to be cut out in order to remove the fuel tank ? Also does the nipple coming out the bottom of the tank have to be removed ? Thanks |
