I have some damaged panels on my bus that need replaced and I am looking at new and used ones. My question is are the rivets on each bus all in the same place alowing a fairly easy swap, or is each one going to need re-drilled. Just thought I would ask.

I just did that using some panels off my donor and they were identical. The only problem you might encounter is if they were replaced alot like the lower ones they might have used 1/4" rivets instead of the 3/16" originals. I also installed a new panel from IBP and all the holes were off a little and about 12 were so far off location I had no choice but to drill new holes. Next time I order a new one it will be without the the holes and I'll use the old one as a drilling guide, unless it's too badly damaged.
