just off the phone from a friend , said there's a bus for sale , so i'm going to look ...hehehe i like a good mystrey , you never know what you'll find , he said he didn't know what it is-but it's been converted. Now the best part is it's a band bus. yeppers a real road beater, smoken sketter chaser as i call them but you never know , all for the low price of 6 thow. To good to be true. so stay tuned and will give you the details as soon as i take a look. wonder if it's a bus nut that has it for sale. if i don't buy it i'll email ian with details. .......... oh by the way i'm working on some drip proof pans for roof airs , no more drips down the side if intrested let me know your ideas. trying to make one size fits all need sizes of air -con bottoms , they never give you those in the spec's |

So, what is the verdict on the bus?!? I am assuming the above word "Beater" took precedence.
I do enjoy a good mystery bus trek from time to time as well.

woowwww weeee i looked at the bus it's a 1969 mci7 vin mci77589 and its stright no dents on the body and when he started it i asked if he had run it before we got there and no was the answer, so i felt the oil pan and was cold. he went up front and started it and the majic momment there was no smoke and it just came to life in an instant, i was suprised. very little rust in the wheel wells and no intieor work had been started so it was just empty. looks original inside and out. Stainless steel skin no dents , I'v never seen a bus this old so stright. The inspection stickers were fron Jersy and last one was from North Carolina 2003...so now i'm looking to get the bank to loan me the money and going to sell my coach. the engine is a 871 and as they look ,lots of grime have photos if any one wants to see them i'll forward ......here i go again hahahah |
