i'm not sure how michelin can say they invented that, as i've seen the concept before (can't say where tho) ... but i doubt we'll see them on the highway anytime soon...

Sounds like the "solid tires" that have balistic Gelitan in them - like the ones the military uses (10+ years now? How inovative!)
