__. I don't have an MCI but I added a 12V alternator in addition to the stock 24V system. It was easy to put an extra pulley on the fan drive and all that was necessary after that was brackets. Now I have a second 12V system for guages, radio/computer/XM, and house batteries (although I'm considering strongly pulling the 12V alternator and going to 24V for this secondary system -- this will require one of the converter/equilizer setups to pull off 12V for the small stuff but that's OK.
__. I added an oil pressure guage, a coolant temp guage, a 24V ammeter, and a 12V ammeter. A fuel guage will be going on soon. All but the 24V ammeter are 12V powered.
