I have money in my pay pal account, I'm trying to pay for some windows I bought on E-bay. but they keep asking for credit card # or bank account #. I had to close my bank account untill I'm done with an offer and comprimise with IRS. or they'll take all the money. so how do I tranfer money to seller directly from my pay pal account. |

You will need to log into your account and make sure that you have the balance available to transfer. If you are short of enough the system will not transfer without a secondary funding source. Contact PayPal and ask them how to get around that situation. Only Ideas here... |

Ron, You may want to contact PayPal directly. I recentley had someone try to run a scam on my PayPal account asking for bank and credit card information. Pay Pal told me they NEVER will ask for credit card and bank information, as they already have that information on file. For what it's worth. Bob |
