Hi Guys, We are going to re-power our Prevost Le Mirage, We are going to remove our 1981 8v91 supercharged engine and five speed manual transmission, Any idea what we should ask for it? Engine and trans are complete with everything still attached, Engine dose not smoke at all, We understand the clutch was replace 1K ago. I don't mind paying for a add, but what's this lump worth. | ||

Malcolm it is hard to say. I've seen 'em sit on ebay and never get a bid and I've also seen 'em go way higher than I ever figured they would! It's basically same as anything else whatever someone's willing to pay! No if you wanna know what I'd pay? As little as I could get away with! LOL BK | ||

I would say that it's a 8V71 ...8V92TA's were pretty rare in the late 70's, early 80's. And why would you want to repower a 8V92TA? Ron |
