I have gotten myself into a bit of a mess. I might be getting a bus in Denver in a week or two and don't trust the seller to store it for me. I will need to store it for 2 or 4 months. My whole family lives in the area and nobody has any property to park a big old bus on. Anybody know of an affordable secure place to park a bus around Littleton/Denver?

Mike,

There is a fenced RV storage yard on I25, in Monument, just North of Rocky Mountain Bus Sales.
There is another new fenced in RV/camper storage place on Hwy 24 between Peyton and Calhan.
I don't have the names for either, but can get them if you need me to.
I know it's a little bit of a ride from Denver, but it would give you a chance to drive your new machine.

There is also a good place north of Denver in Longmont just off I25. I stored mine there for a year...all paved. Its called Camelot RV Storage, great owners.

Been a couple of years since I was there, but there is a place on Santa Fe a couple of miles south of I470 (just south of littleton). There is another just off Santa Fe at the North End of littleton (Next to a golf driving range)

Mike, there's lots of RV places on the periphery of towns that will let you store your bus. I pay $35/month for fenced storage for my 35'er ($1/foot) up here in Longmont.

Email me off board if you need an extra set of eyes to look at a bus. I might be able to come down and help you check it out. Plus, I'm curious about what kind of bus you're considering.

Good luck,

Hi Mike
I did a yellow pages search for the Denver metro area and found 14 listings for RV storage. Hear is the link:

Hope this helps

Thanks for all the info guys. I will make some calls when we get back to Denver. I did call one place yesterday and the lady laughed and said they have no spaces for anything 40'.
