I got the quick release valve I needed and installed it today. but my air horn still doesn't blow. any sugestions what to look for. when I step on the button it just releases air at the valve it seems. |

Hello CR. Unless the air line is split somewhere, or the foot valve is defective, I'd suspect the insides of the horn may be plugged. Are the horn mounts tilted down or up? They have to be tilted down so contaminants can run out. Horizontally mounted horns have a bad habit of getting tilted up as the years go by as other work is being done in that compartment. Try some spray solvent into the air line fitting and a shot up the horn and try blowing it out. happy coaching! buswarrior |

I had mud dobbers make a nest in mine and it kept the reeds fom moving. I took it apart and cleaned it out and all was well. Marc |
