I posted a while back that my Eagle was running in the 200-210 range while taking an IR reading after a hard run looked like it was ok. Well, yesterday I was driving the bus over to Jean's Bus Service in Greenville without the Generator running...the generator cooling is plumbed into the engine radiator...and the temp gauge on the dash did not get over 185. I got to Jean's and the mechanice immediately showed me where the hot return line for the generator was riding on top of the temp sending unit for the engine which was giving a false reading. I sure feel better now...I'm still going to have the radiator flushed though...
