Hi all any one had experince with the n14 motor?we have been offered one at a good price, as we are going to repower thinking this might work.thoughts good or bad. Thanks,Malcolm. |

Don't know about the N14, but I can tell you for sure I really, really.....really do like my Cummins Pancake! NH Series.. FWIW |

I haven't ever had one in a bus, but all of my tractors have N-14's. We have never had any major issues with them. The only reaccuring problem is that they tend to eat injectors(one, maybe two a year). It may be in your best interest to go ahead and purchase a spare injector that is appropriate to your particular N-14 and carry it with you. Sometimes it is hard to get the correct injector if you are on the road. I've had 11 Kenworth tractors with the N-14. I plan on purchasing more... Hope this helps... Tim |
