Has anyone heard of these pills that (suppose to) give your vehicles *a little bit* better gas/diesel mileage? Has anyone used these? Is it worth buying a bottle (or two, with fuel so expensive)? I've seen an ad on the rear window of an SUV over in Hollister (MO) and wondered if I should get a bottle for "big yellow" and one for the car. Or if these would destroy my fuel systems! Please sent your messages and comments. Thanks.

I've also heard about them...I called a local bus company that was thinking about using them on their whole fleet. The owner admitted that it would be too much of a gamble on something so new and little testing. The government is investigating? Could be the government doesn't want us to save on gas...

Total bull crap! I saw some investigative reporter doing a piece on them. Strictly a scam pyramid scheme.

When I was a little boy in the 50's, my daddy told me he heard of some guy that invented a pill when dropped into water made gasoline, and the oil companies bought him out to squelch the idea.

Sounded as bogus then as now. Actually, I put more credibility in EBEs and UFOs. They're more plausable. I'm still waiting for my shot of purity juice.

My neighbor gave one of those there pills to his cat. That
cat literally flew around that house, faster than the eye could
see. We counted the trips around, and on the 478th pass,
that cat fell over and just layed there on the lawn.

My neighbor ran over and looked at the thing.

"Is he dead?", I asked

"Nope. Just outta' gas!", he says..

If any of this stuff really worked, the big boys would be doing it to make money.

Until the big boys are involved, its just snake oil.

Pretty much everything that they try to sell to add to your tank is doing nothing, but making them rich, and you poor.

Run the vehicle, no problems.

If you are not running the vehicle in the foreseeable future, drain the tank and use the fuel elsewhere. Otherwise, tanks always full to the top when storing.

Exceptions I am aware of:

Additives to chase bio growth in your diesel tanks.
Gas line anti-freeze, if your vehicle use has been minimal and there is considerable condensation built-up over time.

save your money for some more fuel!

happy coaching!
