Is there a difference in the heads between an inline 471 head and an 8v71 head? My neighbor has a 471 head that I can have (it was rebuilt), my 4905 is of course an 8v71. Should I take it? |

Depends on whether its a 4 valve head or 2 valve head, You may want to check to see what is on your engine. |

N4rsn. Sounds like a real "N" number. Experimental maybe? Are you in fact a pilot? ...JJ |

The N4rsn is a amature radio call sign. I never thought about it being a aircraft S # Not a pilot. Love to fly, but can't afford all the lessons. The bus takes it all, and my friend sold his plane. Curses! Dr.dave, I forgot about the 2 valve 4-71. Duh. I have a 1 track mind. Thanks for the correction. I wouldn't want anyone to get the wrong info from me. Steve |
