Ooops! Many thanks to Pete/RTS Daytona for the heads up on the "Profile" option that got deleted in the latest adjustment to the bbs. Ok, so I'm a little slow sometimes and need help. Thank goodness the old-timers are here keeping a watchful eye (Sorry Pete, but for us, it's the truth!). Anyhoo, |@n is still playing with new faces for the bbs, which may even appease the MerciboucoupJohnMCI9 types and maybe even Gus... ya just never know... Please be patient with me whilst I continue to play, please, oh, please. We now have our "Profile" option back, so, as Martha would say, this is a good thing. I'm working on the color scheme now. this style seems to go a little faster,the other took about five minutes to get to THE BOARD,some of us on dial up have suffered | ||

Ahem... I have found and added a new feature to this rendition of the BNO BBS... Picture thumbnails under your name! Yup, just like the other guy, but I've made our thumbnail big enough to actually see. You'll have to do a little work, though: Registered users please go to your profile and delete your picture, if you have one posted there. Then make a new picture and upload it again to the same spot (.jpg or .gif are acceptable). That gives our server scripts a chance to make a thumbnail out of it. I have increased the image upload to 151 pixels x 151 pixels (from 50 x 50) and your messages will automatically have a thumbnail image of 150 pixels x 150 pixels. If you have any trouble at all in creating a small picture of your choosing, email it to me at pictures@busnut.com and I'll resize it and send it back to you. This was a feature that was not available on either of the previous two renditions of this bbs, so you see, there actually IS good that can come out of change :-) Have fun. Ian www.busnut.com | ||
