I need to know all of the settings as I am having a set of 9G90 injectors installed with a TV-7511 Turbo with an AR of 1.23. What should the timing and Fuel Modulator and injectors be set at? This is on a 1985 Eagle model 10 with a 1987 DD6V92TA Engine. Just want to double check the mechanic. Thanks folks in advance: |

The book shows an A/R of 1.08 with the 9G90 injectors. The AR of 1.23 is used with M15 injectors for 435 HP. With the A/R of 1.08 it shows injector timing at 1.466 and fuel modulator at .480 for a 1987 federal certified engine with 9G90 injectors. The A/R 1.23 will probably make the turbo spool up a little slower. Maybe Geoff can comment. I think he has a smaller A/R on his 6v-92TA. Another option is 9200 injectors with 1.49 timing. (400HP at 2300 rpm) A/R 1.23 That is what "DA Book" says your mechanic may have other ideas. I wonder how the M15 or 9200 injectors would feel. Probably like a normal bus spec 8v-92ta with 9f80 injectors. Good luck |
