Hello: Did you find one yet? There was a three axle Crown school coach made back in the seventies/eighties. This is probably the one that the prior message is talking about. Its a little smaller than Matchbox scale in diecast, three axle, yellow, black lines. But I cant remember the name of the manufacturer. I've got one or two some place around here. James |

James, those ones that you're talking about are the Zylmex/Zee Toys Crown School Bus die-casts. You'll see them pop up for sale on eBay every now and then. I have about a dozen of them. There's also a newer die-cast replica of a Crown that's been made recently. It's not very accurate, but it's a cute model to add to the collection. If you go to http://www.wheelswings-things.com, you'll be able to find them there. They're about 5" long. |
