We are moving and I will need to store my 05 Eagle for a few weeks till we can get a new driveway installed. I have a temporary location in mind but the question of how much it weighs.
Can anyone tell me what a typicwl -5 Eagle weighs?
Thanks in advance.

Enjoying the journey in NC,
Gene

Worst Case is use the max tire ratings and add them all together. I use that when figuring how much base to put down to park on. So if each rating is 7,000 lbs @120 psi, Times the number of tires on the ground. Like an RTS 2-tires on front = 14,000 lbs. 4-tires on back 28,000 lbs. so add the front to the back for approximate worst case maximum weight. aka 42,000 lbs. The GVW label says 36,900 lbs and in reality empty would be more like 23,000 lbs.

An Eagle probably weighs more so the numbers might be a lot different. Maybe more maybe less...

The reason that I brought this up. That we have lots of soft ground and sand. I have to really be careful when putting down a hard base to drive across. Clay on top of sand is still sand and will sink. Gravel just pushes down because sand passes through the spaces. I use about 6 inches of Ground up Concrete and water it in good before parking on it. I don't get buried in the yard anymore either. 4 to 6 inches of concrete works too!
