The rear a/c on our bus, we have two roof mounted, is giving up. I am thinking of replaceing it with a fantastic fan, thinking it might be used to pull some of the cool air from the front on warm days and be used by itself when boondocking. Any input would be appreciated. Wayne |

Wayne, In my bus, the primary time that I need the rear a/c is after traveling and stopping for the evening. In my MC8, there's about 4,000 lbs of steel and water thats 180 degrees or so, and a lot of that heat radiates into the bedroom of the coach. The rear a/c knocks it back. I have a fantastic fan also, it works great, and would be fine in your b/r except for the above situation. |

Thanks for the reply Chuck. I had not thought about that. Certainly worth considering. Thanks again. Wayne |

Wayne I have one in 4905 and it works great, but it draws a lot more current that I thought. Make sure you are careful with it's use. Mike4905 |
