Thanks to all that responded. After $300.00 in parts and countless hours of replacing a SV-1 valve, SR-1 valve, front QR-1 valve, a PP-1 valve on the dash, and a R-14 relay valve. The problem came down to taking the top brake pedal off, pulling the upper plunger on the tredle brake assy and lubing it with oil. So I assume the plunger on the brake pedal was sticking since the bus had been sitting for so long. I wanted to pass this along so if anyone else had a problem with the brake not releasing they could go to the brake tredle assy first. Duane St. Louis 89 Eagle Model 20 |
