Hi folks, For those of you who hadn't noticed, the "Buses for Sale" section is back up and running. I saved formally announcing its reconstruction until now because I had some serious catching up on it to do. By the time I finish working on the section tonight, I will have taken off all the ads that I received emails instructing me to do so. As well, there are two new ads online. There are two significant new features of the Buses for Sale section: 1) The ads are now free of charge - no strings attached - that's right... absolutely free, and 2) I am putting a date at the end of all the entries when they are put online or updated. Additionally, after I have caught up on the 61 remaining emails, I am going to determine if the old, undated ads are legitimate or not. At the end of this excercise, the whole section will be current as to the date in the header. I'm hoping to have that done in about a week. So, enjoy the new look, folks. And thank you for your patience while I was busy rebuilding the section. Ian www.busnut.com |

Duane, I agree with you. This is undoubtly one of the hardest boards to naviagate that I have ever encountered. It is one of the best boards available otherwise. Sorry I@N, but I have always had the problem of finding anything else. Richard edit: I just went thru anything I could find to click on and never found the buses for sale. I remember seeing it one time but I have no idea how I got there. (Message edited by drivingmisslazy on October 12, 2006) |

Hey fella's, go to the home page of the site, on the left hand margin is says bus's for sale. Click on that link and you'll go right to it. You can choose between under or over 35k in price range. |

Larry/Ace, that is all fine and good except how do you find the home page from here? Seems like I should be able to get to the home page somehow. BTY, I never ever go to the home page when opening up this board. As far as I can tell there is no link from this page that can get me back to the home page. Of course, you have to realize that I am just a red neck hillbilly and probably have missed something. Richard (Message edited by drivingmisslazy on October 12, 2006) |

Hi DML, Go to the Topics page on this bulletin board system and click the link at the top of the page that says, in all capital letters, "PLEASE CLICK HERE TO GO TO BNO's HOME PAGE". I swear I didn't just put it there! I removed BNO's opening page about a year ago and now the first level domain, www.busnut.com, now immediately sends you to www.busnut.com/home.html. I know you have always thought of my web site as a bulletin board with a web site built around it, but I have to say that my main objective has always been to build a web site with a bulletin board in it. And as long as you keep driving the wrong way down a one way street, you'll never see any of the traffic signs. Go forth, enlightened, and surf your brains out, young DML. :-) Ian www.busnut.com (see, there's my domain's home page again for the nine hundredth + time on the board) |

By golly, you are right! I knew I had gotten to the home page somehow from this page, but I could not remember how. Thanks for re-educating this old dumb redneck! I guess I had expected to see a HOME button and there was not a HOME link under the topics listed. Guess I should have read the fine print. Richard BTW, I strongly suspect that many of the regular users view this primarily as a bulletin board. Have you ever thought about getting rid of the one way signs and making it a two way street? LOL (Message edited by drivingmisslazy on October 13, 2006) |
