I found some air lines on my mc9 that go out around the radiators into the air intake area for the rads but they are not attached to anything what are they there fore any one know? They are copper tubes they are attatched to lines over the back of the engine that are attached to two valve devices? |

air supply lines to shutters. diesels do not like to run cold...less than op temp of 180 or so.....they carbon up which causes dramtically reduced engine life. |

I also have noticed a copper tube going to the top of the radiator and just hanging there. I looked in the manual I have for the bus and found that the shutter device is missing. I would like to get this reinstalled if possible. Where do I get a replacement? . |

If it is the radiator shutters you need there is a brand new one on Ebay at $75.00. The ebay number is 180040105275. Good luck. |
