Hello Everyone, I received information today from Gene Lewis I thought it appropriate to pass on to you all about some of the entertainment we enjoyed as well as the blue grass music provided by JR. & Terri Lynch & John & Anita Bishop. We were entertained also by a traveling singing group called ("Yielded") from Durham, NC. I know if you have a gathering of any kind and contacting their manager (John Ghormley) will enrich your gathering with some of the best OLD time gospel music you have ever listened to. The success of these gathering also depends upon the entertainment that makes everyone fellowship well into any evening after a great meal and stop you from just returning back to your rigs to watch TV on your Satalite's or in my case our $2.00 flea market rabbit ears. I will do all I can to promote these gatherings even though we may not be able to attend them all we will one day when my Eagle is completely roadworthy. Don't just let your rig sit there, get "R" on the road and enjoy meeting us all, bring your instruments and singing voices, have some karaoke entertainment and for professional entertainment on the East Coast side consider contacting "Yielded" for Gospel entertainment and through this bb'd (JR Lynch) for blue grass. To contact "Yielded" go to this site: www.yielded-ministries.com The background information and the story of the forming of "Yielded" is well worth viewing this site. Those that attended the Timmonsville, SC gathering of Dallas & Cat Farnworth know what I am talking about. I am sure you will enjoy meeting and hearing this group at any of your functions. Gary |
