Our bus was professionally converted before we purchased it, but they left the original bus a/c intact, although it is not functional. I think it would be to my advantage to remove it and gain extra storage space. How big of a job is it to remove it, and is it worth the effort? Also, is it worth my trying to sell it, or should I just scrap it? |

Did they install either rooftop or basement units so that you do have A/C? Richard |

on my '80 model 10, its removed and I have an 8kw wrico gen in its place. if it doesn't work, I'd say take it out. it'll take half the load off of your mitre box and create a space to store tools, or whatever you want. as for getting rid of the scrap, I'd see if any local bus co's want it(better yet if they have eagles). my $0.02. kyle in norcal 1980 Eagle 10 #30223 |

Then get rid of it. Since it was a professional conversion it probably has a gen set, but if not Kyles suggestion is great. Richard |
