Is there anyone here who have or had a coach that was converted by Cauldwell Coach aka Amadas Coach located in Moneta, Va??? If so I need to know a great deal about how they plumbed the genset?...how they installed the house system batteries to the Cole Hersee battery seperator switch??? how they ran the plumbing for the air toilet??? I have the bible that they prepared for each component used...just no diagrams or illustrations on how it was installed!!! Please let me know if you can help with this dilemma!!!

when I was in a signed band our entertainer coach we had one summer was an XL II converted by caldwell. really nicely done, w/ ostrich leather in the front lounge and everything. as far as schematics, you should call around to different companies that lease tour coaches, because I know for a fact that some are operating caldwell buses. try staley coach in TN. I've talked to wade before and he really knows a lot about the entertainer coach business and could probably point you in the right direction.

To the best of my Knowledge Caldwell (Mark) and (Ivan) have split. Ivan remains with Amadas and did extensive work on my Eagle 10 about a year ago. The work was up to the excellant standards I expected. The Caldwels painted my '06 in 1980.
I have no idea where Mark has gone, but a call to Amadas could answer all your questions.

Thanks you for the replies. I will contact Staley Coach and talk to Wade to see if he can point me in the right direction.

Hey Alan, I have talked to Ivan a few times. He said they dont do Eagles anymore and in fact they only do new coach conversions now. He said they don"t have any files from any of the old coaches anymore. You said they worked on your coach about a year ago, then maybe they just recently decided not to do it anymore. Whatever they done for you, I hope you got your paperwork, schematics, etc.

Bill,
I"m new to the game, and just picked up my bus last thursday. Its an 82 eagle model 10 #30805, ex entertainer bus, modified some by last owner. It was converted by Caldwell Brothers also. Looks like it was repainted in 94 by Fast Freddy. I have no books, papers or information on the conversion. I would be glad to get you some pictures of my bus, and I would like to get copies of any information you've found on the conversions.

Has anyone on board here seen know this bus. It was Reba's bus at time of conversion. and then floated around SC, in what I was told in the racing circuit, and then private city camping since 1998.

Thanks...
Evan in Nashvegas.82 Eagle Model 10 #30805

Evan
I think Cauldwell Coach was a unique builder. Each coach was built differently than the other. I will get with you later on this evening and ask you questions about your coach. I do have some literature on different options that was added to my coach. I talked to Ivan last month. He said they didn't keep any paperwork on the older conversions. They have since made it a common practice to do this on the new ones.
