DR Dave, yes I do have a electronic engine and I checked those fuses and two were bad, for what it's worth they were EDU-B 15A and ECM 5A I relaced them and still will not start, do you or anybody know if their is a reset that I might be missing.

Thank's to all for your help.

Put "DDEC won't start" in the search bar on your broser and see what you can find. There appeared several site places to find out about this problem. Hope this is helpful.

Brian, sounds like you have a DDEC 1 with the EDU fuse. Check the fuses and be certain you have B+ on both sides of the fuse holder. The fuse holders get old and may become intermittant.
Is the water pump still hooked up to the DDEC wiring? Unhook it.
It's possible that you tapped into one of the 12V feeds that is controlled by the EDU or ECM...a 6A load could damage the ECM.
If you sourced your pump at the 12V B+ supply, the unit shouldn't be damaged. Exactly what wire did you cut into to get 12V?
Does your "Check Engine Light" come on when the batt master and ignition switch are on? It should come on for several seconds and go out. If no CEL at all, the ECM is not powered up. Of the CEL comes on and stays on, and you get an EDU trouble code, the ECM is powered but the EDU isn't. In any event, the CEL will help dx the problem.
Check the fuse holders in the battery box for completed circuit.
Do you have a DDEC 1 Dx manual? Luke at US Coach has same. It's a good book to keep in the bus. The system isn't difficult to diagnose (most of the time) with the dx manual.
I'll assume that the wires near the ECM were not disturbed? Loose plug etc?
If you don't have a manual, I'll be glad to supply pin-outs for 12V check.
All this assumes no fuel filters have been changed, no fuel lines cracked open for any reason, no battery leads rearranged? Keep in mind that the feed for the ECM, ATEC, and EDU is a center tap on the 12V post of the rear battery. The DDEC and ATEC are not 24V.

It's fixed, as dave mentioned it was a blown EDU fuse.

Thank's to all.
