Found this Eagle sitting in north Georgia. Any information on this coach would be helpful. The 8V71 ran smooth. Bus will need a transmission replacement. December 1972 Model 05 SN:8964 |

call Eagle tomorrow and ask them(the new eagle, obviously). (800) 686-5211. the parts department can help you, as they have a production list for them. or you can ask for Craig. hope this helps.....

Doug I was looking mostly for historical information. Though we were advised to stay away from this bus I am still interested. The mechanic that advised us said after the transmission is replaced we would still face countless problems such as bad seals, hoses, brakes, etc. This should be discouraging and a smart man would run, but being a busnut I am very much curious about this potential rust bucket. Thanks Kyle I will call Eagle now. |
