I recently looked at an engine that looked like my 8v71 but, in addition to the roots type blower also had a turbo. How can you tell if it is a 8v92 ?? |

The first number of the model number stamped on the block ahould be a 7 or 8. 7 is a 71 and 8 is 92 |

Also look at the the exposed camshaft pulley. Frequently you'll find the engine size molded right into the center of the pulley. RJ PD4106-2784 Fresno CA |
