I tried to post a pic, but got message that it was more than 30kilobits. I used an online image resizer and reduced it to 360X480. What am I doing wrong?

James -

Download Irfanview and give it a twirl. You can cut the pix
to any size needed, and without having to read a million pages
of instructions to do so.

I have been experimenting and have found 300x200 to work on some pics. but not others. I have also had to edit and compress for web page but again some work at that size some do not.

I have also discovered that when I edit to a smaller size it then destroys the larger size if I try to go back to it? Guess there must be some way to save the original before making it smaller?
