On the top, three across the front, three across the back, one at each corner. Yellow turn markers on each side near the front at the waistline.

the site Ed posted a link for is for current vehicles. Your 4106 would be grandfathered and would only require the lights it was originally configured with to be legal

Hi George,

Maybe the group can help me out on this one. If I recall correctly, the corner marker lamp assemblies on a 4106 are unique only to this particular model because of the way the assembly fits the contour of the body.

For some reason, I think you can still find the center rear (michigan) markers from a truck supply store...I don't think they're authentic, but they might be close enough.

I'm trying to envision the front michigans and drawing a complete blank...D'oh!

George & Steve -

The rear center Michigan Markers, as well as the corner clearance lamps, are unique to the 4106.

The front Michigan Markers and corner clearance lamps are shared with the all the Buffalo models.

George - do you need a photo of the OEM lights for clarification? If so, PM me by clicking on my name to the left.

FWIW & HTH. . .

:-)
