Ed - I bought a set of jakes for my bus, complete with buffer switch for $450 (shipping included) via ebay. The seller had a number of buses he was dismantling at the time along with parts stock to go with them in Washington state. They are still in a box in the garage as I have not scheduled the bus in anywhere to have them installed and the rack set. I think that you should expect to pay more than that as I have not seen any go for that cheap, but not too much more. Craig - MC7 Oregon |

Hey guys jake brakes on an 8v71or 92 are very important that will save your brakes and engine life due to "overspeed" down the hills it can be pricy but i extremely advice that u install new fuel lines and jumper rubbers, fuel lines are made from copper and they split when they get overtight at the injector or fuel stand fuel lines only take 12ftlbs or 144inlb of torque hope this is helpfull to your project best of luck. |
