OK back in August I went on a pointless search for a replacement window for my Neoplan cityliner and here I am again, asking if anyone knows of a cityliner being parted... |

If no luck in TN, try Peninsula Glass in Washington State. They used to advertise replacement glass for anything. Have you talked with Sean Welsh? George |

Don't hesitate to call him, but I thin Russ has sold all the Neoplan glass he had. Neither Peninsula nor Curved Glass will have Neoplan Cityliner windows. Pretty much your only option is to order them from Neopart. The double-pane Cityliner windows are just under a grand. Make sure you know what size you need -- they came in two different lengths depending on year. -Sean http://OurOdyssey.BlogSpot.com |

Hi Chris, For some strange reason, I think Ted Campbell of Coach Maintenance in Williams, CA might have some Neoplan glass. www.coachmaintenance.com or (530) 473-5544. Good luck! - Steve |

Great Leeland! Sorry about not getting abck, the day after I posted the occupants of the commercial space above my shop decided tohave a late night poker party and drop a buring cigarette through a small crack in the 1930's wood building then go home.. I got a call from the Fire Department saying "There has been a fire at your shop, we had to break in but got the fire out with minimal damage except to the door which you will need to secure" but I got that message 12 hours after the fact. My shop is right between the Mercedes and Ferrari dealers and is filled with collectable vintage race bikes, restored Mercedes, race cars, 4 very large Snap On boxes, a full fabrication shop with plasma, TIG, MIG, shear, break, etc. The keys are in everything and right in front is a large box truck and the keys are hangine on the wall marked "Shop truck". The door was still there but the locks were gone for 12 hours and not a thing was taken. Talk about luck!!!!!!! Glass: I tried Peninsula Glass and Curved Glass, I tried a company in Idaho running cityliners, I tried Russ as well. Here is the issue. There was more than one cityliner and mine is a German made bus, single pane glass, and Mine is part # EF2203023-001 and is 1.7 meter or 66.25" as opposed to the 1.9m or 74.80" glass. Lee I looked at your bus at http://www.busconversions.com/bbs/index.php?topic=2547.msg19509;topicseen#msg19509 and while the image is small it appears to be the same glass. I will go through my emails and call you. |
