Friends,
Sadly, I have just learned that Andy Kieval, a BNO regular and avid bus conversion hobby enthusiast, passed away on April 22 of a heart attack.
Many BNO viewers knew Andy as "Andy-MC8" or "Scooter" (which was a part of his e-mail address).
Andy was 54 years old.

Thanx for passing the sad news along, Ian. I did not know Andy, but I recall his participation in this board. My personal condolences to his family and to those who were close to him in this hobby.
Words fail in such circumstances. Our LORD only lived 33 years, I have been privileged to surpass that, as was Andy. Our prayers are with the ones he left behind.

Hi, Im Richard Kieval, Andrews brother. First of all let me publicly 'Thank' Ian for his comfort and the assistance he has offered me. It was by chance that I found Ian and spoke to him at length today. The Busnut community is quite fortunate to have such a upstanding and compassionate person such as 'Ian' Again thanks to all who knew Andy or had a chance to meet him either thru e/mail or in person. He was Loved by many, and many will remember him for some time to come Im sure.

Hi Richard. I'm sorry about your loss and I hope you and yours weather it well. We didn't know Andrew but hate to lose a busnut. Each is a potential friend and they can be real help when one of us gets into a pickle.
We agree, Ian is a big help and the community has gained a lot from his site.

Is Andy the gentleman who looked for a bus for some time (folks were starting to think he was a permanent looker), then in the course of a week bought two MCI's??!! I don't remember how it all sorted out, but I enjoyed his posts.
