Greetings All Bus Folk, Texas Bus Roundup Sep. 11-14, 2008 We have 13 coaches confirmed for this years event, planning on a few last minute rolling in. The fee is $15 per night, at Eisenhower State Park in Dennison TX. Sonnie Gray has reserved 15 sites and paid for the first night. You will need to reimburse him upon arrival, the other two nights you can take care of when you get there. We will have Ronnie cater two meals for us, one evening and one breakfast. He is the guy who did the BBQ for us last year, and what a meal it was. So be hungry! The cost for those meals is not yet known as he is in Vegas for a few days. He will get back to us soon and then I will let you know. Other than the camping fee and money for the meals that is the whole cost for the event. It should be great fun, no activities are planned, just spend time relaxing and making new friends. If you need more information or just thinking about it let me know. Hey Paul, Well we missed last year. I know it flooded but I can't remember why we missed the follow-up. I'm thinking this would be a great opportunity for us to meet some bus folks and excersize the coach. I think we'll plan to attend this one. Should I contact Sonny separately? Hi Randy, Sonnie has reserved 15 sites for one night each. We have the site reserved for three nights. I'm sure glad you will be able to make it.
