I was watching techtv and they had a some spot on cool roof technology. They talked about a couple different type a roofing. Most were for buildings. One was a liquid type that could be applied with a brush, a roller, or sprayed on.

On the Bob Vila web site they have a video showing this product installed on Galvinized steel and they flex the metal and the coating.
