One more stupid question do the 4905's have shocks on the bay doors? I have some that open some easy and some very hard. Am thinking of putting a couple on the engine gate. I am learning a little bit each day from here.

Larry, I had the same problem on my 4903. Get the service manual and adjust per instructions. Mine lift with one hand and close the same. Easy to adjust, but also check your hinges.
