Also on MAK board. Thank you for the help from those of you that offered your generator installations as examples for the seminar. If you were able to attend the seminar, you saw a variety of installations. Some of you have asked for a copy of the seminar. I have sent it to those whose email I had. If you would like a copy of the seminar, just send me your email address. Mine is edroelle*at*yahoo.com Remove stars and replace at with @. Ed Roelle |

I have a Universal 15k 4 cylinder liquid cooled Kubota generator with 4700hrs. About 200 hrs ago it quit generating so I pulled it and the shop that repaired it told me it was slightly dirty and it needed to be flashed. They installed an external terminal for the rectifier so if it needed it again I would not have to remove and disassemble it. Well it is only 200hr down the road and not only did I have to flash it again but when I did it only produced power for 1/2 hr before it had a severe voltage drop. This is a 20+yr old gen and it has no modern electronics on it. Any suggestions |
