Amen...thanx for sharing the site....and speaking of Flix, has anyone any idea whatever "happened" to Scott Whitney??

He was a regular contributor; years ago.

Last I heard, Scott is still in AZ. I think he bought a house and may have sold his bus. I am pretty sure he sold his service truck. Maybe Manasst will chime in as he was a business partner with Scott. Jack

Scott has a house in Prescott and works as the manager of a satellite store (http://satelliteadvantage.net/) in Quartzsite during the winter. He still has the bus, but leaves it on his property. He still has his website: dustyfoot.com.

He is doing well. We had dinner with him in Quartzsite and saw him a couple of other times. If you know him, he is always going about 100 MPH and that has not changed.

RCB -

I'll second what Jim says about Scott: " If you know him, he is always going about 100 MPH and that has not changed."

I saw his vehicle a couple of times while I was at Quartzsite, but never could find Scott - when I'd ask, it was always "Oh, you just missed him, he was here just five minutes ago!"

Darn. . . Wanted to say hello and visit for a few minutes, too.

Maybe next year. . .

:-)

Here is a note I received from a busniess partner of Scott's. Jack
Scott has a home now in Prescott. Spends the dec-feb in quartzsite working for a satellite company, then is trying to develop some other new options in the offseason. I think he still has a bus, but not sure. He is still selling satellite but not as much.

Thanx for the update on Scott....someone should tell him he is missed...as I recall, he always had something informative to say. Obviously some are keeping track of him.

FWIW :-)
