Don't know if all have seen but Winegard has a portable Sat automatic for all companies, $800. boy what a deal. It auto finds Sat and you are ready to go. It also auto changes to three different Sat's. Now the round and batwings don't have to show on the top. Thot this was of interest. 4905 Larry |

Sounds like you are talking about Winegard's model called the "Carryout". It is an interesting alternative for satellite users. DirectTV subscribers do need to be careful about the fact that it does not work with the HD signals on their satellite positioned at 110 degrees. Sorry I misinformed everyone Bruce------ It is 13and one hald pounds 15 " high 20" around and $799.99 with Camping World membership. Sure beats me packing a tripod, dish and cable. For each his own I guess Larry |

I didn't mean to be critical, Larry - I was just surprized at the bulk of the unit. It makes me wonder if "sat TV" is worth all of it. |
