Gene, It was great meeting you yesterday and you really opened up my eyes as to what I could accomplish on my bus conversion. I really would like to have stayed longer but the prior obligation really pulled me away too soon. I hope to see more of the bus nuts in my area in the future. Bill | ||

WEll...let me be the second to say that I had a great time! Darrell cooked up a mess of those little delicious sausages, Gene fixed up BBQ and some good pancakes! Got to meet a few new busnuts and visit some 'old' busnuts! Thanks to Gene and Darrell for organizing and doing all of the work that's involved in these sorts of gatherings! The folk at Wade KOA made the weekend easy too. Nice, well maintained campground and a great rec building to meet. My dog even enjoyed herself! Put me down for next year! JR, Terri and Molly the dog! BTW, if anyone is in the Mt. Airy area, we'll be sitting in the middle of Veterans Park Wed thru Sunday. Come'on over for a visit. Our bus is easy to find parked in the middle of 5000 tents! |
