I have two 13,500 btu Dometic Penguin rooftop air units but only one controller. Is there a way to splice them both into the one controller so that they would work in unison? The controller is so old that it is no longer available and the adapter kit is $300, way too expensive for me. The airs work great and so does the controller but on only one air at a time. A picture of the controller is attached here and if anyone has an extra one knocking around or knows where I could get one please let me know. It is so hot I really need a way to control both air units, I do not need zones, just both to work at once.

Andrew,

You could go with a standard house type control!

At your friendly Hardware or HD, Lowes....Probably under $30....not $300

A cheap one turns the A/C back on...ahhhhhh!

Hi Andrew,

Not that I can see because each board in the upper units, have power supplies
that you would have to isolate or you will burn out both systems.
A better way would be to scavange a selector switch, relays, and thermostat from an old window unit
and adapt them to each upper unit. You would have to know how to remove the board and know which wire are for what to do so...

Seems simple to an A/C guy..
Good Luck
Nick-
