I have posted the 4104 Maintenance Manual, Parts Book, and Operators Manual here: http://www.manuals.lenstudio.com/ These are from a CD I bought on eBay a few years ago, so I don't know the source or if there are any copyright issues with me posting them. I will leave them there unless someone complains about it. Len |

Len Thanks for posting, clutch detail is the same as for my MC1. Some of the pictures did not want to copy, but I handwrote all that I needed and have it filed. Joe. |

Thank You, Len and Austin, for sharing this great information! I have hours of reading and studying material! I'm amazed at the complexity of the various bus systems, but encouraged at how much can be done so simply by the "shade tree" mechanic such as myself. Since aquiring this info, I've managed to successfully replace a leaking air brake chamber, and dissassemble, clean and repair the inoperable reverse gear solonoid, both on my beloved GM 4104. Really appreciate it! Kevin |

The GM buses had the best written manuals of anything, not just buses, that I have worked on. |
