Went to hear a buddy play in the big city last wed. night and i could not believe the amount of coaches running around. The usual Jersey transits (looking pretty good shape all of them, all of them major hiway coaches) I must have seen 30 units as we were walking towards the lower east side. But i really got excited wheni saw a old beat up MCI 7 when we walked out of the club at 1130pm. It was purplish in color and had Alabama plates and had "blues cruiser" on the side. I want every one to know i showed true bus nutty-ness! I could have called it a formulas 4000 xb7 as far as my friends were concerned. But they know my bus passion and just nodded. Anyway the texas tornado from Austin, John Cordes, fiddler ist class, and the Ken Webb project sounded great and we saw a showing of Ken's movie a tour of europe with different bands playing his music one rehercsal each. I t was pretty good. Anyone in Northport Ny tommorow night at Gunthers, the reunited East Side Rodeo is playing. come on down.
