hi all - i have a powertech 17.5k gennie, and my VR went out. i have ordered a new one and will be installing myself. wondering about "tuning" it for the correct output. any words of wisom ?? |

If it will need adjustment, it should come with a how to instruction booklet. |

The only real adjustment on the Powertech (I have a 10kw) is the rpm of the engine to control AC cycles. I have mine adjusted to 62hz at no load which brings it to right at 60-61hz when two A/C's are running. Best to be in the 59-61hz range for motor running. Good luck, TomC |
