Splicer 4 speed new cluch now oil is disappearng. Seems to be pumping into engine??? Any idear. Thanks |

Richard; could be rear engine seal. Wet clutch needs double lip seal. Check to see if engine oil level increases instead of decreasing. Guy 4905 |

Richard The double lip crankshaft oil seal is DD part #8927749 and the sleeve is part #5197159 for the 8V71. These numbers were current when I rebuilt my engine. Bill |

" just a wild thought here fwiw..... do you suppose the timing of YOUR missing oil and the missing bus in PHX are connected in anyway...? (like any good American, I wanted more than anything to be 1st at spotting a comspiracy before I die, and this MIGHT be my only shot at it.... ;) |
