Well, the crew finally arrived from PA last night(Sat). They put together 15 panels in two hours from 4-6PM. This morning in three hours they had 25 panels standing. It should be all up by noon and then it's adding and tightening all the remaining bolts and putting on the end walls. With luck, by day's end, it will be complete. Pictures as of 10:30 are on the website at http://www.nortonspond.com/building.html Craig S |

Hi Doug, The building was $6300 with blueprints. A good price if you shop around. The foundation was about $6500, that included renting a backhoe for a month, the gravel, the steel, the concrete, a pumper and the forms. All of that was my labor. The building crew was $3400 or $1.75 per sqr ft. Total is about $16,000 give or take. Craig S |
