Thats right. 120 or 220 volts AC input and up to 300 Amps output. Spotted several in Mexico for $90 to $100 new. Must take a heck of a circuit breaker on 120 volts, but it exists. And I verified full output on 120 volts. No mistake. Posted in case any body has such a need.
Hecho en Mexico. Big and heavy.

Let's see...300amps is a 5/16 rod to weld 3/4" or thicker plate. Hell fellas, on 120VAC you'd burn the bearings out in your electric meter real quick. At 15 cents per KW, that's almost $20 bucks an hour to feed it!!!!! It would have to be on a fuse, since they don't make a 120V breaker that big. Probably pulls 120 to 150Amps at 120V. Whew, wait 'til you see a non-quartz filled fuse that big blow on a short. Goes like a stick of dynamite!!!!! ...JJ
