Our conversion is moving along and we are working on our bays. We live in a cold climate and are planning on doing some winter and spring camping. So, we are going to insulate our middle and rear bays. We are not sure how we want to insulate them and are open to different ideas.

We will locate our Webasto heater in the rear bay and put a fan controlled heater in the middle bay. Should we be concerned about condensation leading to rust?

Any ideas, or wisdom, would be greatly appreciated!!! A big thank you ahead of time to any responses.

Ken, I am not real familiar with the structure of the MCI.

On my 04 I spray foam insulated the doors of my systems bay and the floor has a good amount of sealed air in channels..... I have a webasto airtop 3500 not ducted to the compartment just housed there.....it keeps everything toasty warm just from abient heat and exhaust heat....down to freezing.

it's also quite a dry heat so condensation should not be much of an issue
