Would it be possible to use a gen set radiator cooling a 671 (Stationary of course )to cool a 671 in a 4104.
I realize there would be some brackets to make and weld on also piping to re-route, but has anyone atempted anything like this? Can it be done?

If you can get it to fit and mount up to the old slot, it will work. I once adapted a radiator out of a fishbowl transit to go in a 4104, the big problem was making up the hose connections. If you need to make up pipe connectors for the hoses use copper or steel pipe, plastic pipe will warp and leak! |
