Yesterday, whilst rolling up my 21' Zippy D awning, it went "BOINGGGG" and apparently the spring inside the roller tube either #1- Broke or #2 whatever anchors the other end of the spring came-a-loose. I disconnected the arm and tried to re-wind the spring, but it's just slipping on the other end. I'll call the MFG tommorrow, but am wondering if anyone has experienced this before.
I don't know what holds the spring on the other end, it dosen't have that info on the website.
