Unorthodox, I know, but can't reach them by email. Copy of email below: Hi Deb & Joe – Below is copy of my post on your ‘Tank Sensor' post: ”Just in case you ever check back here, how do I order this product? Googled several variations of 'tank sensors' and tried 'Snake River' (thanks Luvrbus) but zero results.” Those look just like what I need but can’t find an outlet. Can you assist? Thanks, Nellie |

Snake River, who used to be in Idaho near the eponymous river, went bankrupt and out of business spectacularly several years ago. After some legal wrangling, the product, technology, and even the name were purchased by Diamond Distribution, who still sells it and will support any existing units in the field: http://www.snakeriverelectronics.com/ (205) 776-8947 1923 Woodlands Ind. Dr. Birmingham, AL 35173 I have an Ultra-8 from before the change and DD has helped me over the phone when I needed it. HTH, -Sean http://OurOdyssey.BlogSpot.com |

Nellly I put the control panel on the wall right behind the tiolet. It has a auto-scrolling feature you can turn on and it cycles often enough so that usually while you are taking care of buisness it will cycle thru without even touching it. IMO this has made the product and install. Hands free. I guess you would need it on the opposing wall for similar results. LOL I have no reason for not using this product if you have plastic tanks. Price, preformance, ease of install, quality, NEVER BAD HOLDING TANK SIGNALS, it is a good package. jcannarozzi@gmail.com (Message edited by joe camper on December 23, 2010) |
